IXEN has appointed a data protection officer, whom you can write to at protecciondedatos@ixen.ai.

Contact form: first and last name, email, company, the topic and the message you write. We use them to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare the session, assessment or information you request.

Analytics, only if you accept them: aggregated browsing data (pages viewed, where the visit came from, device) to understand how the site is used. More in the cookie policy.

Form security: Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise analyses the interaction with the form to tell people from automated programs.

Form: your consent, given by ticking the box, and steps you ask us to take before a possible contract.

Analytics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page.

reCAPTCHA: our legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse.

With providers that process data on IXEN's behalf and only for these purposes: Salesforce (Pardot), where your request is recorded; Google, which hosts the site on Google Cloud (European Union) and provides reCAPTCHA and analytics. We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes, unless the law requires it.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. They do so only to countries with a European Commission adequacy decision (GDPR article 45), including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or with the appropriate safeguards of article 46.

Form data, until your enquiry is resolved and then blocked for as long as liabilities may arise. Analytics data, for the periods given in the cookie policy.

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Write to protecciondedatos@ixen.ai saying which right you are exercising.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

This policy covers this website only. Data an organisation queries with Qry is processed under its contract and data processing agreement with IXEN, and lives in its own installation.

If the English and Spanish versions differ, the Spanish one prevails.
